About Viva Global.
Viva Global was founded on a simple but radical belief. The systems that shape how people learn, work, and grow are not keeping pace with the world they were built to serve. We exist to change that.
Founded by Nzingha Samuel-Owusu, EdD, a futurist, Fulbright Fellow, US Department of State alumna, and veteran learning architect with 20 years of experience across four continents, Viva Global brings together education systems design, workforce readiness, community transformation, and AI integration under one roof.
We have designed learning systems for some of the world’s most recognized organizations. We have rebuilt education programs across urban school districts and juvenile justice systems. We have trained educators in China, conducted research in Brazil, and built community partnerships in Ghana. We have founded institutions, advised governments, and shaped the learning strategies of enterprise organizations at scale.
